Produksi kelapa di Niue

Pada tahun 2013, negara pulau Niue memproduksi sebanyak 3,200 ton kelapa senilai INT$385,830. Kelapa adalah tanaman komersial di pulau itu, yang diubah menjadi turunannya seperti kopra dan krim kelapa dalam bentuk kaleng, dan juga diekspor.^[1] Awalnya, pulau ini memiliki banyak pohon kelapa yang tercermin dari nama negaranya, Niue, dalam bahasa setempat.^[2] Dewan Pengembangan Niue bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan skema hasil pertanian, termasuk kelapa dan produk terkait.^[3]
