Persepuluhan pertama (Ibrani: ma'aser rishon מעשר ראשון) adalah sebuah perintah positif dalam Taurat yang mewajibkan pemberian sepersepuluh hasil pertanian untuk amal, setelah memberikan terumah, kepada orang-orang Lewi (atau Kohen). Persepuluhan tersebut diwajibkan bebas dari kompensasi moneter dan jasa.

Pada awalnya, pada zaman Bait Allah Pertama, persepuluhan tersebut diberikan kepada orang-orang Lewi. Diperkirakan pada permulaan pembangunan Bait Allah Kedua, Ezra dan Beth din-nya menerapkan pemberiannya kepada kohanim.[1][2] Namun, aturan tersebut ditiadakan usai penghancuran Bait Allah Kedua. Sejak itu, perpsepuluhan sempat diberikan lagi kepada orang-orang Lewi.[3]
