Kesesuaian Deklarasi Kemerdekaan Sepihak Kosovo dengan Hukum Internasional adalah sebuah opini nasihat yang dikeluarkan oleh Mahkamah Internasional. Permohonan untuk mengeluarkan opini ini dilayangkan oleh oleh Majelis Umum Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa terkait dengan deklarasi kemerdekaan Kosovo 2008. Wilayah Kosovo menjadi bahan persengketaan antara Serbia dan Republik Kosovo yang didirikan oleh deklarasi tersebut. Ini adalah perkara pertama di Mahkamah Internasional yang berkaitan dengan deklarasi kemerdekaan sepihak.
